At 79 Jewelry, we take pride in creating high-quality jewelry and providing exceptional customer service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Standard Jewelry Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for non-custom jewelry.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or due to our error.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Because custom jewelry is made specifically to your specifications, all custom orders require a deposit before production begins.

Deposits for custom jewelry are fully refundable only within three (3) calendar days of the order date.

After the third day, all deposits become non-refundable because materials are ordered, design work begins, and production time is reserved specifically for your project.

If the remaining balance has been paid and the custom piece has already entered production, cancellations may not be eligible for any refund.

Once completed and delivered, custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.
Repairs & Manufacturing Defects
If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the item at no cost;

Replace the item with the same or comparable piece; or
-
Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
This policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible non-custom jewelry, subject to inventory availability.
Custom or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.

Custom orders may be canceled within three (3) calendar days of placing the order for a full refund of the deposit.

After three (3) days, custom order deposits are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
